1 Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
1.1 The contract stipulated between THE FARM HOUSE COMPANY S.R.L. and the customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by Apiarium.
This acceptance is considered tacit. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general conditions and payment transcribed below.
1.2 The customer or consumer, once the online purchase procedure is completed, will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of articles. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance sales.
1.3 It is excluded any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and / or property, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
2 Purchase methods
2.1 The Customer can only purchase the products present in the Apiarium electronic catalog at the time of placing the order and viewable online at www.apiarium.it.
2.2 The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Apiarium by an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain Date and Time of execution of the order and a ‘Customer Order Number’, to be used in any further communication with the staff of Apiarium. The message re-proposes all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, according to the procedures described in this document.
2.3 In case of non-acceptance of the order, the staff of Apiarium ensures timely communication to the Customer.
3 Prices
All prices indicated to the end user on www.apiarium.it/ are to be understood VAT INCLUDED (22%). Product prices may change without notice.
4 Images
The images accompanying the description of a product are for illustrative purposes only, to allow the best perception of the various colors. The images of the products advertised may not be fully representative of its characteristics but differ in color, size, accessory products in the picture.
5 Methods of payment
5.1 Cash at delivery
Payment is made with cash to the courier who will deliver the goods. The service is active only on some modes of transport.
5.2 Paypal
In the case of purchase of goods with PayPal payment methods, at the same time as the online transaction is concluded, PayPal will immediately charge the amount relating to the purchase made.
6 Delivery methods and costs
6.1 Apiarium can accept orders only with delivery on Italian territory and in the countries belonging to the European Union.
6.2 Each package sent is accompanied by a detailed Transport Document as requested by the D.P.R. 21 December 1996 n. 696. The invoice is issued only if requested at the time of order indicating the number of its VAT number in the appropriate field. It is not possible to request the invoicing of an order previously processed.
6.3 The delivery costs are charged to the customer and are clearly stated when the order is placed. The payment of the goods by the Customer will take place using the method chosen when ordering. Nothing is owed more by the Customer than the total order highlighted at the end of the purchase procedure.
6.4 No responsibility can be attributed to Apiarium in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.
6.5 At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check: that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape). Any damage must be immediately notified to the courier who makes the delivery. Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer can not make any objection regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered. Any problems related to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the procedures provided in this document.
6.6 In case of failure to collect within 5 working days of the material in storage at the warehouses of the courier because of repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the Customer when ordering, the order will be automatically canceled.
7 Product availability
On www.apiarium.it/ only products that are materially available in stock can be ordered. The integrated functionality of stock availability is precise, however there may be small delays in communication between the actual stock and the situation reported on the site. As a result, the availability of the article in some rare cases may not be 100% guaranteed. If one or more items ordered are not immediately available for shipment, it will be our staff, depending on the consistency of the order and the time required for the reassortment, choose to proceed with one of the following solutions:
– immediately dispose of the material available and send the missing products as soon as they are available again without any charge for the additional shipping costs.
– contact the customer who will choose whether to receive the material in one solution by delaying the order fulfillment or canceling the order from the products not available immediately.
8 Right of withdrawal
8.1 Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (ie a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form to Apiarium a reference to VAT number) , has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, except as indicated in the following point 8.3.
8.2 To exercise this right, the Customer must send a communication to Apiarium to that effect within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to:

or by fax always sent within the aforementioned term of 10 days and followed by a confirmation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, sent strictly within the following 48 hours.
8.3 The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions: the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety;
– it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased;
– the purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts;
– according to law, the shipping costs related to the return of the asset are charged to the customer;
– the shipment, until receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
– in the event of damage to the goods during transport, Apiarium will inform the customer of the event (by the fifth day of receipt of the goods in their stores), to allow him to promptly report to the courier chosen by him and obtain a refund the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for his return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
– Apiarium is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments; Upon arrival in the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. If the returned product is damaged, Apiarium will deduct a percentage from the refund due, as a contribution to the restoration costs.
8.4 Without prejudice to any restoration costs for damage ascertained to the original packaging, Apiarium will refund the customer the full amount of the goods already paid (excluding shipping costs), by bank transfer, within 14 days from the return of the goods. The customer will promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the reimbursement (name surname account holder, IBAN code.
8.5 The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its contents), in the cases in which Apiarium ascertains:
– the lack of integral elements of the product;
– damage to the product due to causes other than transport;
in case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Apiarium will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the same.
9 Guarantees
The products purchased www.apiarium.it are subject to the regulations, as applicable, as per Legislative Decree 2.2.2002 n. 24 (G.U. N. 57, 8.3.2002) on sales contracts and guarantees concerning consumer goods and, as far as it is not contemplated, to the specific provisions envisaged in this regard by the Civil Code.
This warranty will apply to the product that has defects of conformity and / or malfunctions not found at the time of purchase, provided that the product is used correctly and with due diligence, that is, respecting its destination and as provided for in any technical documentation , with observance of the various operating regulations indicated therein.
The aforementioned guarantee will not be applicable in case of negligence, carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product, of improper use. The guarantee is personal and will therefore apply only to the original purchaser, being reserved for direct customers and not for traders, dealers, etc.
Any anomalies in the packaging of the products must be reported within ten (10) days from receipt of the goods. The written report must be attached by the customer when the defective product is returned.
The product, even if defective, to be substituted must, at the time of re-shipment to Apiarium, be complete with the packaging and all the accessories and documentation received from the customer at the time of purchase. The return of the product without the original packaging, accessories and documentation above prevents Apiarium from replacing the product with the manufacturer and makes it impossible to replace it.
Apiarium reserves the right to verify the actual defects stated by the customer and to replace them only after this check. The request will be processed only if the following documents are present in the returned package: copy of the purchase invoice or receipt of the payment of the mark, number and order date, brief description of the defect found. The costs of returning the goods to the sender remain instead charged to the customer.
10 Privacy
The personal data requested during registration to the site and forwarding of the order are collected and processed in order to satisfy the Customer’s requests.
These data will also be processed for institutional purposes, connected or instrumental to the activity of our company, namely:
– to execute a service or one or more operations, contractually agreed;
– to carry out legal obligations;
– for operational and management needs;
– for the needs of controlling the progress of relations with customers;
– for operational and strategic marketing purposes;
– for sending advertising material or commercial information.
Personal data will in no case be transferred to third parties under any circumstances. Complaints made by e-mail contact form of the site are not accepted and considered valid.
11.2 For any problems or anomalies found, before starting the complaint, the customer is invited to contact the staff Apiarium through the appropriate section on the website. In almost all cases, any problem or misunderstanding is resolved in a few hours.
12 Applicable law
The sales contract between the customer and THE FARM HOUSE COMPANY S.R.L., is understood to have been concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this contract of distance selling, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Rome.
